The live profile carries the distribution. Read the middling reviews rather than the top ones, because that is where the actual pattern of a shop shows up.
What to evaluate instead
Whether the shop published its rates before you asked.
Whether the evaluation produced a measurement or an opinion.
Whether the written scope is checkable against a published rate card.
Those three are verifiable in an afternoon and they predict the outcome better than any star average.
The most useful thing you can ask for
Teardown documentation from a job similar to yours. It shows the standard of work directly rather than showing somebody's reaction to it.

Where do I read independent reviews of this shop?
The Google Business profile and Yelp, both linked in the site footer. Read across the whole range rather than only the top of it.
Can the shop put me in touch with a past customer?
Ask the service desk. What is usually more useful is asking to see the documentation from a comparable job, because it shows the work rather than a recollection of it.
